Describe one of your services

Commercial gas purging is the process of removing flammable gasses from a gas system by introducing an inert gas, such as nitrogen, into the system. its a requirement when redundant gas pipes are being removed or premises being demolished.

Purging ensures the prevention of accidental ignition and the formation of explosive air/gas mixtures.

Purging ensures that decommissioned pipework is safe to dismantle or leave open to the atmosphere.

Purging is often required by building insurance policies.

Pipe strength testing is a process that evaluates the strength and integrity of pipes and other pressure vessels

The test is performed on new commercial and industrial pipework to identify construction faults. The test involves pressurizing the system above its normal operating pressure.

A commercial gas tightness test is a safety process that ensures commercial and industrial gas pipework and installations are safe to use.

The test is carried out at operating pressure using calibrated equipment to monitor for pressure loss. The test involves surveying the pipework, calculating the pipe volume, and determining the correct testing pressures.

Describe one of your services

The commissioning process is the purging of air from a gas system by re-introducing gas back into the system. It's typically done when a new gas system is installed or when a major component or pipe is replaced.

This is typically done once the integrity of the pipe system has been tested for leaks by conducting tightness tests and/or strength tests.

We've Made The Whole Process As Simple As Possible...

1

Phone consoltation

Our phone consultation is designed to help us better understand your project’s specific needs and provide a clear foundation for accurate quotes. During the call, we'll discuss the details of your pipework installation, including the layout and requirements, to ensure we capture all necessary information. Together, we’ll review your project goals and create a customized pipework schematic to guide the design process. This session ensures we fully understand your needs, enabling us to deliver an efficient, precise quote and project plan moving forward.

2

Quotation

Once we’ve gathered all the necessary details during our phone consultation, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive and accurate quotation tailored to your specific pipework installation needs. Our quote will outline all aspects of the project, including materials, labour, and any additional services required to ensure a seamless completion. With a clear and transparent breakdown, you'll have a full understanding of the scope, costs, and timeline—allowing you to make an informed decision before moving forward.
